And then there were 4….. These are the remaining 4 (of 5) members of the Southern Tier 2010 ride at a SAG stop on route today (Katie, Pam, Kirby and Mary). Alayne made the decision today to leave because of quadricep tendinitis.
Best of Day: Today was a “This is why we ride” day! Great roads, little traffic, no head winds, 70’s and clear skies!
Worst of Day: Confusion with directions sent a rider off route, Kathy (Canada) lhad a flat and Barb had two broken spokes from a rumble strip.
Quote of Day: “I would invite you in for coffee but my Aunt is still sleeping” (by the woman who owns an historic folk Victorian home (Foy-Hodges house) where some of the riders stopped to take pictures).
